Shipping
Currently, our products are created by our trusted vendors in accordance with the specifications that we provide them, ensuring that you have the best product experience. Please allow us 10-12 days to process your order. We will send you a tracking link on your WhatsApp as soon as we ship it out. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges on products within 10 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for returns, please take a look at the following points.
Defective product: If the product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp and include pictures. Following that, we will send you a replacement product and arrange for the damaged product to be picked up. You can also choose a different product of the same or greater value from our store. Or if you choose, we’d be delighted to provide you with a special coupon for the same value as the product you purchased. Finally, if you prefer, we will refund your money.
Quality not up to the mark: All our products are thoroughly checked for blotched colours, fades paper quality etc. But if you still have suggestions to improve our products, we will wholeheartedly consider your suggestions. If your contribution towards improving our products excites us, we are quite generous with goodies and offers!
I changed my mind: Oh shoot! That’s unfortunate! But with art we can never be sure, can we? However, if you changed your mind BEFORE we shipped it out, you’re in luck, we can send you any other product (of the same or greater value) of your choosing, no harm done. But, if we already shipped it, we are afraid we can’t take it back! But not to worry, our items make excellent gifting items, so you never know, your friend just might love it!
Condition: We request to make sure the items are in their original condition, with tags attached, and must not show any signs of wear, tear, or damage. That way, we both make Mother Earth happy by reducing waste.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at WhatsApp: +91 8777490729. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return (pictures where applicable). We will guide you through the process.
Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it for eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you can expect it within 7-10 business days. If you choose to exchange your item, we will promptly ship the replacement product to you and simultaneously have your old product picked up.
Please note that orders will NOT be eligible for refunds in case of the following points
1. If the shipment is undelivered after 2 unsuccessful attempts due to the customer being unreachable at the contact number provided by the customer.
2. If the order gets returned to the sender due to customer refusing to accept the delivery.
Shipping Costs
Please note that if the product gets returned back to the company after 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts due to the customer being unreachable at the contact number provided by the customer, a flat fee of ₹200 will be charged to initiate re-shipping of the product and a fresh tracking code will be generated.
Exchange requests will come with a flat shipping fee of ₹100. Returns due to mistakes on our end, such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product, the shipping will be free.
